Hi 又係我多謝你上次解答小弟的問題為什麼要少post...我對你D訓練好有興趣 wooo其實我係一個欖球教練想請問你有無一些方法增強他們既力量性因為我地既對手多數是洋鬼子呀我地又比較細粒 so我想增強佢地既力有無一D訓練短片可作參考 ???我對你個D在球場練衝刺各樣很有興趣還有那些文獻可在那裡找到???謝謝再幫忙及解答
