今天的訓練不錯,相比上星期輕鬆一點。球員們真的進步了,但我們還要努力。目標是跑步機上最快的速度。
星期三應該會有兩位球員歸隊練習,人數越來越多,訓練的氣氛會越好。

1. Interval run
2. High-pull: 6reps, 4 sets
3. Jump squat: 6reps, 4 sets
4. Half squat: 6reps, 4 sets
5. Bench press: 6reps, 3 sets
6. Chin up: 5reps, 3 sets.
7. Sit-up combo: 15reps, 3 sets
8. Balance exercise
下午與牛津大學的一位碩士生開了會,研究如何使用補充劑 (supplement)去提升球員的表現。希望合作愉快。
今天與科特迪瓦國家隊的體能教練電郵聯絡,跟他談及他們的奧運隊現在的訓練,我看了一下他們的數據,大概想像到他們在球場的表現和踢法,很快速呢。之後這隊奧運隊會到韓國和香港進行練習賽,由於他要集中訓練大國腳所以不會隨隊,但他說可以安排入場券給我,太好了,有免費波飛。

i have one more question as other teams are also starting for the up-coming season.
What do you expect from the 5 foreign players + 1 chinese player? Do you think the late comers can join the team footstep as they have already been training for more than 2 weeks.

Haven't seen those foreign players, so no comment at this moment.
But for the Chinese player, as I trained him last year in Workable FC. He is very good in physical fitness, tackling skill, and man-marking. So I have 100% confident on his performance.
